Data Deletion Policy & Scope
In accordance with Google Play Console Account Deletion Policy and Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), you may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time without retaining the mobile app.
Data Permanently Deleted
- User account credentials (email, hashed password)
- Active authentication sessions & tokens
- Push notification device tokens (APNs / FCM)
- Custom alert rules and threshold filters
- User display and timeframe preferences
Retention & Timeline
- Immediate erasure upon verified request
- Zero backup retention after 30 days
- No financial or transactional records retained (CrossPulseFX is non-custodial)
