All information, currency strength indices, impulse breakout scores, volatility indicators, and alert triggers provided by the CrossPulseFX Terminal (web and mobile applications) are deterministic mathematical calculations intended strictly for educational, informational, and research purposes.
NOTHING CONTAINED WITHIN THIS APPLICATION CONSTITUTES A RECOMMENDATION, SOLICITATION, ENDORSEMENT, OR INSTRUCTION TO BUY OR SELL ANY CURRENCY PAIR, COMMODITY, DERIVATIVE, OR FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT.

2. No Order Placement or Custodial Services
CrossPulseFX does not facilitate live or simulated order placement, does not execute transactions, and does not accept, hold, or custody user funds. We have no affiliation with any specific brokerage or liquidity provider.
3. Data Accuracy & System Availability
Market rates and calculated indices are sourced from public and institutional market feeds. While calculated deterministically, feeds may experience latency, network interruptions, or market abnormalities. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
4. Permitted Use & Account Security
Users agree to maintain the security of their login credentials and to refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer, scraping, or overwhelming the terminal infrastructure through automated scraping bots.
5. Account Deletion & Termination
You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app deletion button or our Web Account Deletion Portal. Upon deletion, all personal data is erased immediately.
